Manufacturing

Under one roof

How Every Compressor Is Built and Tested

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

With over 15 years of experience in air compressor manufacturing, AirComp operates a 30,000 m² production facility equipped with CNC machining centers, automated sheet-metal lines, powder-coating workshops and dedicated assembly lines for screw and piston compressors.

Production Process

  • Precision machining of rotors, housings and critical components on CNC centers
  • Automated laser cutting, bending and powder coating of canopies and frames
  • Clean assembly lines with torque-controlled tooling and traceable work orders
  • 100 percent full-load testing of every compressor before packaging

Quality Control

Our QC system follows ISO 9001 procedures at every stage: incoming inspection of air ends, motors and electrical components; in-process checks during assembly; and final performance testing covering air flow, pressure, temperature, vibration and noise. Each unit ships with a test report and CE documentation.

R&D and Customization

Our engineering team develops energy-saving variable frequency drives, smart PLC controllers and heat-recovery options, and can customize voltage, pressure, cooling method and cabinet branding for OEM partners worldwide.
